Do oyu know the best excersice routine for one week a new routine everyday? But not for body builders just to get healthier

Yea you can do simple things like

Push ups Sit ups Skipping Rope ( Trust me it works lol ) Walking/jogging

I did the simple stuff and weights, im no body builder but this is me.
