Maybe it’s because your body isn’t used to excerscising that much…? Lol, you could try toning it done a bit until you get used to it, then increase =)

drink LOTS of watter that happens to me too for me it is a sight that i drink too less and my body is dehidrated :) when you are excersizing drink some watter beffore and after that should help if not you might want to go to the doctor :D good luck!!

not getting enough fluids or eating the right things. or it could be your music :] or if youre not getting enough sleep and working out alot it will exhaust you.

dehydration. You might not have replenished the water that your body perspired. Drink some water.

i go running everyday im fast and can run for ages with out stopping but afterwards even if i havent done alot my head hurts and my eyes thud

Definitely consume more of Vitamin C, you obviously need it. It could also mean u’r not drinking enough but i doubt that’s the case…. It can also be gods way to tell u to stop jacking off xD just kidding.
