Agree with Magic,,, you are the one that has to live with him and all him that everyday…Rex is good if YOU like it.
I have a male pug named Charlie and I was just on puppyfind looking at english bulldogs(I want one so bad) lol and they had all sorts of neat names…wouldnt hurt to go check out a site like that just to get ideas…

Your dogs name should be the one you and your dog like. I like “Winston” as in Winston Churchill.
