Does anyone have an english bulldog?
My family is getting an english bull dog and I was wondering does anyone have 1? Are they hard 2 train? And what is the most effective way of training them?
My girlfriend has one, who’s 8 months old. Bulldogs are bred to be “determined” (as are all bully type breeds)…that translates as “stubborn” to some people, when it comes to training. They are smart, however, and training just takes a little more persistence than with less determined breeds. They have a super sweet and loving nature, tho…are great family dogs…so that will make up for the extra time it takes to housebreak.
