Answer #3

Free range eggs are particularly good as they are high in Omega 3s. Normal commercial eggs are not as good as the chickens do not eat the right stuff to produce eggs with omega 3s. Normal eggs are also washed in chemicals before they reach the grocery store which seeps through the eggs shell. If it is possible buying fresh farm eggs from free range chickens is the best.
