Yes, but like most other foods youll need to clean them after you eat them. Marshmallows arent extremely sticky and they wont break your braces off…thats the problem with gum and chewy sticky candy is theres more risk it will tug at the braces and cause the glew to come undone, as welll as stick too the metal and make it harder to remove from your teeth.
