you dont need to lose anything from your pic! but dont go on any crazy diets. just eat healthily and in moderation… have a treat once in a while too. if you you deprive yourself, your body will get used to eating little fat and calories so when you do eat something that is higher in those things… you will put on weight easier :)

diet? eat fruits for 5 days or veggie.. you will loose couple of pound fast. heheheh

stop eating your meals and just eat a lot of small healthy portions throughout the daay.. it getts your metabolism going and you burn more calories than you would by eating larger meals less frequently. :) Good luuuck!

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
