the real way to lose weight is to excercise 30-60 minutes each day and eat enough servings of protein, veggies, fruits, grains, meat, and milk, and eat sweets sparingly. did you know that diets actually make you GAIN weight instead of LOSE weight? if you eat enough servings a day and excercise enough, you’ll lose weight. btw you can get a flat tummy by doing pilates
