How to rate good questions?

Is there a way for us to click a button for duplicate questions that WILL take that exact question off the site and a way to Rate good “ Questions “ that are Helpful or Down rate nonsense/offensive questions ?

Ah, for questions, we only have the “report abuse” feature…we don’t have a “thumbs up or down” feature (yet) mostly because we don’t have issues (in general) with questions the way we do with answers.

Not to duplicate, no…we try to discourage people asking the same question over & over, as it’s likely to get the same answers…at least for factual queries.

The “did you find this answer helpful” is in small font, just below the answer…clicking yes or no will rate the question.

It could probably be more visible, though.

ooops. thedude, you fingers betrayed you. The ‘did you find this answer helpful’ button rates the ANSWER, not the question. ;) ps how does everyone make those little yellow smily faces?

Thank you again , thedude – I mean for helpful ( Questions ) asked , I think it would help lower the nonsense/offense and duplicate questions
