what would happen on your court date if you already have $271 fine and 6 months unsupervised probation for one dui?
Depends on what state you live in... If you've made efforts (I.e. been communicating with your probation officer and tried to pay down the fine, or expressed that you are unemployed/having hardships) the judge will likely just ask you what your plan is and not toss any further sentencing on you.
Again, this varies greatly depending on what state you live in.
More than likely some jail time.
