So ahah, funny story. I fought this girl at shchol today. And when I got suspended, they sayed I gotta have a court hearing within the week. I know at court hearings for this situation, they decide how long your suspended. But what else happens? Like do you tell your story to them, are you in a room with the judge, parents, two victims ? Or what, ccos im not so shure And dont leave comments saying "ohh fighting dont solve anything, your stupid" or anything dumb like that, clearly I asked a questioon, and I want just that answered, mmkay? Thanks.
usually at a 1st time court hearing you will be in a court room with the judge and probaly your parents at 1 table and the victim will be at a different table. the judge will just ask questions and he'll ask you too state your name for the record. all's you gotta do is sit and answer his questions with a yes or no. and I'd advise to use no umm profanity cause if they hear or see anything like that,they won't allow it and they have there right to hold you accountable for it. so just stay calm and innocent and it should be all good. lol good luck. :)
omg wow hahahaha yeah im dealing with the hole fighting atr school court thing right now I first went in they tell you what you charges are and everything but if you say you didnt starte it then you can take it to trail to prove that you didnt and that you foght back as self defence! but if you did starte the fight as throwing the first punch it would be better if you just take the charges!!! just be respectful dont get an adittude or mouth off to them cause ya not so good!!! anything elce feel free to ask me !!!

Welll haha you all will be in the court room. you and your parents and along with hers. the judge will ask questions here and there. you will answer about what happened. maybe they'll ask why you did this and that. if the mother of that other girl is a real yeah then she'll decide what to do. restraining order and all. depends. but also no mouthing off. haha that'll make it worse. but just go with the flow. should turn out well :)
