Which is better to drink - diet or regular pop?

Answer #1

Neither you should drink tea:)

Answer #2

Diet is shown to be worse because the artificial sweeteners like aspartame actually cause you to crave more fatty foods, and they are bad for your body in other ways. Regular has more calories, so if you’re looking to lose weight maybe diet soda occasionally. Water is the best for you though.

Answer #3

Both are terrible, but diet is worser for you than regular pop. Diet pop increases your chances of getting some type of heart problem. Both are terrible to your insides, but really no one cares.

Answer #4

Worser?

Answer #5

I am unsure. Its all a matter of preference, but do not drink diet… that is my only concern. if your anticipating on losing weight, which I don’t see why u would, you should look at other options, just not diet. and for regular pop, you can drink it, but don;t drink too much. Its not good for your health, or your teeth. and for the drink, I would think you meant alcohol, don’t drink if you are under 21. and don’t go past 0.8. for your own sake.

I hope this helped answer your question

Answer #6

Yeah diet contains aspartame, which was founded in labs after being tested on rats, needless to say all the rats died. So they figured it would help people lose weight?!? It is in every sugar substitute. Those little packets at resteraunts, diet soda, everything. Regualr soda is really not a big deal in moderation, one every day or so. But diet does things like cause irritation in your throat causing you to eat more. It may also be doing harmful things to your body that havent even been discovered yet. Better not to experiement.
