How to get rid of fluid on the knee without going to a doctor?! My knee got stepped on last week in Rugby and has been colecting fluid. I would like to know how to get rid of it without going to a doctor. I can't stand going to a doctor and basically have panic attacks when I have too so if there is a way to get rid of it without going to a doctor please let me know!!! Thanks.
You have to go to the doctor.
He has to either drain the fluid, or inject a steroid into the knee to treat it.
Gotta go to the Dr., sorry!!
