Does my teacher like me ? Just curious ...

I know many people may think it’s wrong, but hey I’m only curious! It’s just been bugging me for a few months now and I need some advice. A teacher and I have a real close bond and get on quite well, but ever since I’ve been in trouble at school he has been paying lots of attention to me, by doing everything he possibly can to help me. I have to see him 3 times a day to check things, and sometime I’ll even have to stop behind for like an hour to talk about stuff.. But I know that may just be him helping but then it’s the way he’ll look at me and make me make eye contact with him, when I can’t, he always says, ‘look me in the eye please’ then there’s times when I’ve mucked about and I’ve argued with him about it, then the next day he’ll come in and like ignore me, or try not to speak to me, as if he’s in a mood, when usually with any other teacher it’ll be forgotten! Then there’s in the corridors when he’ll just look at me when I’m with my friends, or when we’re talking in his room, he’ll say, ‘I’ve noticed how you behave with your friends, at breaks, and you’ve changed’ then in class he’ll always pick on me for something, as if it’s an excuse to talk to me, or I’ll be doing my work and I’ll catch him staring at me, but he’ll quickly look away. Then there’s times when things are hard and he’ll put his arm around me and say like, ‘it’s going to be okay don’t worry’ .. I know I might be sounding a bit weird but all I want to know if these are signs if he likes me ??

Answer #1

um you may have a problm on your hand maybe hes not meaning it to seem as if hes flirting but then again these teachers nowadays are crazy anyway yal need to talk out yal problem you dont want someone to find out and then make arumor about this is serious

Answer #2

well it is possible but he may just feel that ya know he is a teacher and you are a student and he should try and help you out

Answer #3

I think you’re misunderstanding his gestures. I think he is just trying to help you in the class to make sure you are doing well and not slipping up. However, if he starts being physical then back away and tell someone.

Answer #4

well, you should tell him that his touching you is uncomfortable and you really would like him to stop

Answer #5

uh… just.. back away from him… just in case.

Answer #6

maybe your misunderstanding his behavior

Answer #7

yes he does

Answer #8

maybe, maybe not BUT you need to realsie that this can never happen if he does end up doing anything with you its illegal and he could go to jail for rape or sexual assault even if you consent to it because your a taudent and teacher-student sexual relationships are forbidden they will end in him going to jail and you getting into trouble unless you finnish school, then leave, and he leaves the school he teaches at and if your over the age of the age of consent in your country, only then is a sexual relationship allowed if your under the age of the age of consent in your country anything he does to you thats sexual will be considered rape or sexual assault regardless if you agree to it so you need to realsie that unless you both no longer are at that school, it can not work without great consequences and as a teacher, he should know this and know that by doing anything his reputaion and position can be taken away in an instant you really need to stop chasing this fantasy you have and not get involved with any teacher

Answer #9

I think he cares about you and is worried for you and doesnt want you to get into bad stuff anymore which is why he is watching you, almost as if he were a parent, looking out for you. I dont think he necessarily “wants” you like that, just to stop getting in trouble
