Hello I am 18 years old 5'4" and weigh 160 im trying to loose 30 pounds! I started to buy slim fast shakes I take one every moring along with a vegatable, at lunch im eating a sandwich/fish/ chicken, and for dinner a very low calorie meal. Im doing a 20 min workout 7 days a week. I need to loose weight im currently attending a nursing school to become an lvn and I want to be a role model since I tell all my pt.s to be healthy I should take my own advice! ! Hehe Would this work for me?
