I know it is considered the most important meal of the day and that you should not skip it because you would just end up eating more in the afternoon or later on.
But I was wondering, what if I didn't eat dinner and still woke up satisfied? Do I still have force myself to eat breakfast in order to be healthy?
A lot of people I know doesn't eat breakfast and they're perfectly fine and healthy too...
And I was stuck in making a decision if I should eat it or not because I read about how skipping breakfast is bad. But then I also read about DON'T EAT UNLESS YOU'RE HUNGRY. NOT because you FEEL like eating.
If I eat breakfast, I'll feel like I'm eating for no reason and I have overreating disorder like once I eat, I can't seem to stop. I even sleep with my food next to me... The lesser times I'm exposed to food, the better.
yes!!! the more meals you eat a day that are healthy the better for weight losss you gotta eat small portions and don't eat til your absolutely stuffed
yes I guesse you cud because I dont eat breakfast and im fine
just eat an apple or something...half an apple...lol
