Do I have a yeast infection or std?

I had sex with 2 different partners within a week without a condom. Me an my 1st partner have been together for a year now but the new partner was his first time. But anyway after we had sex I had a lot of white discharge the next day, I didn’t think nothing of it so bout 5 days later I get this weird tingly feeling in my vagina so I checked it out cus I usually do when it feels funny my lips looked swollen an it was a lot of white discharge that look like mayonnaise. An when I pee it itch in the inside a lil but no burning,its just really irritating an I can’t wash or wipe real hard cus it feel so tender an there isn’t any discharge in my underwear or a foul smell what could this be?

it sounds like you have thrush, which is treatable. but to know what it is for sure, and to get it treated if it can be you need to see a doctor. the sooner you see one the better
