Can I legally move out of my parents' home?

so yea I am 15 years old and I cant stand living at home with my parents they treat me like crap…. So I asked my friend if I could move in with her when I am 16 and her adn her parents said I could……….,. so could I legally do that without a license and stuff!

Legally, you must be your states ‘age of majority’ (usually 18) or have an emancipation order from the Court.

Then if found in your friends house Her Parents can go to jail.

i know it seems like they treat you badly, but try being super nice, not snotty just nice, clean the table after dinner, vaccuum the house, feed the dog, stuff like that. make them feel like you love them and you will be better in the long run amers
