I have started going to gym today and my body is in pain so what are the fruits,vegetables,food and juices that are good for me and few tips if you had same experience.and i started by lifting very low weight i was suprised when i saw am tired and couldn't lift any more.and one hour after i was over it was a lil hard to hold glass of water,lol and coach was very easy on me.so any advice is welcome.
Try eating more things with protein in it, like chicken and fish. Eat apples, oranges, pears and watermelon. Drink more water as your body will need it to replenish fluids. Also for muscle pain you could try a warm bath with Epson salts in it
Thank you Tammy i did make chicken with vegetables and salad today.and was much better today :) and i will eat the fruits i guess i will go by watermelon and oranges.and did ate orange and body feels much better :)
Thanks sweety i did add milk and fruits to my diet and even i sleep and wake up early haha and tommorrow is friday am gonna rest tommorrow.coach said that i need one day rest in week so yeah thank you :)
I think you should add water and milk. Maybe Almond milk. Maybe try taking a bath. Or oils. Fruits are always good. Or just rest. :) feel better.
