is there a way to just come out with the way I feel? I try but I have a mental block about it any tips?
it depends on why you are depressed. if it is situation, you have to change your attitude about whatever situation is making you feel down. if it is biochemical, you need medication.
look, I've felt this way through out my way but I would contact your gp and look up anti-deppresion. trust me it helps
