Does anyone know how to make any good, healthy, low calorie Snacks/treats?
Like for ex: yogurt and chopped up apples..
Lol thats the only thing I love to eat.. But id like to discover other healthy things To munch on during the day..

Take a banana, dip it in yogurt, freeze it, then eat. Freeze Orange Juice - eat it like sorbet Frozen Grapes or berries. Carrot stick and hummus Sliced bell peppers, dipped in cottage cheese mixed with hot sauce Air-popped popcorn Hard Boiled Eggs, without the yolk Sugar Free Jello Frozen Mangos Dill Pickles (barely any calories) Celery and Peanut Butter Granola and yogurt Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
I like to nibble on rice cakes topped with hommous(chickpea paste/ tahini)and a slice of smoked salmon yummy.alternatively I just make onigiri(riceballs) with fillingswrapped with seaweed(nori)
