Dan Kern’s regimen has helped many people I know get clear including myself…check out www.acne.org its the best!

Answer #2

Just maintain a good skin care regime. Wash, tone, moisturize.

Btw, smoking wrecks your skin, it doesn’t help at all. I don’t know where you got that idea from.

Answer #3

Talk to your doctor about birth control pills, many of them have the side effect of clearing up acne, and are often prescribed for it. Certain antibiotics may help but primarily the cause at your age is hormone production. Your body has to get used to the new hormones. All the topical cures, like face creams and cleaning pad, do not treat the cause, only the symptoms. Good luck and don’t stress over it!

This summer I started breaking out a lot so my mom suggested I go to a dermatoligist and I did. It’s really helpful because you tell them what you’ve tried and doesn’t work and you tell them about your lifestyle so they can pick a product right for you. I’ve been using this gel and pads for about a month now and I’ve definitely seen improvements. and your insurance should cover some of the costs. However, you need a referral from a doctor to see one. Or you can also get a product from your doctor, I used benzeclin and it didn’t work for me, but who knows for you. My dermatologist also said neutrogena is a very good skin care product.
