Creating my own constitution?

I have a history project that we just got today and is due on friday. We have to create our own Constitution. We have to pretend it’s 1789, and this is for American History. We have to write a preamble, a Bill of Rights, and 10 more amendments to deal with future issues that we already know happened. I can’t think of anything that doesn’t already copy the Constitution that was actually written. Any ideas?

Answer #1

Amendment 1) Congress shall make no law infringing on the right, imbued by man’s Creator, to party hardy.

Amendment 2) Any citizen of These United States shall be subject to cruel and unusual punishment if caught wearing their hair scene, emo, or goth.

Amendment 3) For serious, Transformers was a terrible movie. Stop defending it. It makes you look like a tard.

Amendment 4) Aerosmith will play a free show at your house on your birthday.
