Do corset piercings hurt more than the average piercing?

& when the ribbon is tied does it have to be tight or is that optional?

The pain is the same since the piercings are done the same way any other surface piercing is done, however, expect more pain since its not just one piercing…its usually 10 piercings at the least. Corset piercings usually arent recommended for average people considering they are only temporary surface piercings and will migrate and have to be removed after a few months, they can be quite a hassel as far as getting stuck on your clothing and being ripped or torn out, and its an area that isnt easy to clean and care for on your own, and its quite expensive since each peircing is around $30, so your looking at $300 or more dollars.. The ribbons can be tied tight or loose…that all depends on what you prefer.

I can’t imagine that’d feel anything close to as painless as an ‘average piercing’..

corset piercings are surface ones, so there is a chance that they hurt more. another thing that will affect the pain factor is how many rings you get put in because after the first or second one pierced you will start feeling more pain after all your adrenaline is gone.
