Commiting but not entirely..

ok well im doing good on the whole working out daily thing but the eating I still cant give up the sudden munchies of chips or a little piece of chocoloate I mean its not exaggerated but I know its bad… Who does this? and feels my pain ?? lol

ugh, thats exactly how I am. for a little bit I was doing really good, but with my loads of homewokr and after school practice when I come home I eat a whole bunch (because I don’t eat all day since the lunch disgusting) and then do homework and go to sleep. =[

you need to do some research on them so you know why they are bad for you you can always choose a healthy alternative

well I used to fo that, and I have a way for you to overcome it: chew bubblegum or sweet-flavored chewing gum. I know, it sounds crazy, but it helps stop the cravings. Trident and Orbit are the best kinds.
