Sorry this is more of an answer than question just so every one who wants to lose weight I found the perfect thing to do for you DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) a dance pad video game Ups: Works the entire body Especially the “core” Many TRUE successes that have lost weight Meant for FUN Built in calorie counter Weight loss graph Music Downs PS2 consul separate Video game separate limited songs Overall a good game and was meant for fun and is easy to stick to you’ll feel like you’re not event exercising (im addicted for now)

I -heart- DDR. A lot of people have been using it for weight loss for years…

I have it on xbox.

I’ve heard mixed reviews on the new Wii version (you get to use feet AND hands.) The wii version has a calorie counting mode… Though I’ve read konami didn’t put much into it.

Meh… when it goes down in price(it’s like $70) I’ll get it… but for now I’ll play the older version on xbox.
