What can I use to clean my earrings I got at a thrift store with?

would wound wash saline work? I dont think i have any rubbing alcohol. and i dont got no peroxide of any sort :/

Answer #1

I’m not sure ‘cause honestly I’m not sure what that is exactly (lol). I just use rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball to clean my earrings :)

Answer #2

The saline will work, but it won’t work as good as rubbing alcohol. You can boil water…then put the earrings in it though. It will kill the germs.

Answer #3

I work at a thrift store and it’s policy that they get in new earrings to sell or we sanitize them ourselves if they are worth quite a bit. They’ll be fine. Don’t worry.

Answer #4

Wow a thrift store that is the dumbest thing i have ever heard i would suggest throwing them away and buying real ones.

Answer #5

vinegar, i soak my silver earing on it for an hour, make sure its not fake gold or fake silver coz it will wash away the color.

Answer #6

take a q-tip and dip it peroxide then rub it on the earing. then rinse it off with water. viola
