Is there something about a cheesburger that is actually healthy?

I know a cheesburger is very unhealthy but is there at least one or two things about a cheesburger that is healthy? THANKS :-)

Protien from beef, fiber from bread? Of course these things may not outweigh the fat and cholestorol. I would say calcium from cheese, but chances are it’s not “real” cheese rather hydrogenated vegeteble oil substitute with food coloring added, which is terrible. Pure vegetable oil is a good thing, but when it’s “hydrogenated” It’s about one molecule away from being plastic and the body can’t process it. Ya just take the good with the bad I guess in my world.

The problem isn’t the cheeseburger, it is what else you eat. A cheeseburger is a good source of certain nutrients. Most people eat way too much meat, dairy, fried foods, sugar and white bread. If this describes you than yet another fast food burger meal won’t do you any good. If you eat a varied diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains than an occasional cheeseburger is fine.
