Answer #1

I wud w8 intill atleast 2 - 3 years old they cud choke I suppose you can give it to them if you bite it up small 4 them and tell them to chew but I wudent risk it x

Answer #2

I used to choke on hard candies a lot when I was younger. The last time I choked on one was when I was 8 years old. I would at least stick to hard candies that have a hole in the middle of them so that the child will be able to breathe if it gets stuck in his or her throat.

Answer #3

I choked on a lot of candy when I was younger. The last time I choked was when I was about 8. lol. It really hurts when you get hard candy stuck in there. I would at least stick to hard candy with holes in the middle so that if your kid does happen to choke, he/she will have a hole to breathe through.

Answer #4

I would be leary of giving it to my son until he was 5 years old. Hard candies to me are not for children - if they get stufck in their throats it’s very hard to remove and it won’t disolve.

Answer #5

I would wait until they are at least old enough to understand that candies like that are to be sucked on - not chewed.

Definately wait until the child is old enough to know how not to choke.
