Wow, this took some research. Basically yes it is legal to poke a belly button. BUT there’s some IFS. IF the intent was sexual, then it could be a misdemeanor, but not rape. IF the intent was sexually devient, the it could be a felony, more or less rape. IF it was done with the tongue, then it could be delicious, but not rape. IF it was done with the finger, then which fiinger, , 1-3-4 no problem, 2 oops, thumb take it to court. IF it was done with the nose!, definitely not rape, but surely fun.
