OMG, I have the craziest story ever for you, I got pregnant in Febuary and found out in March, I announced it at work and about a week later a co-worker announced she was already 10 weeks and did not even know it. She was off the depo shot for almost a year and never had a period, so she went to the doctor to be checked out, they said she was fine and it was normal. Then a couple of days later, we at work talked her into taking a test, IT was postive. so she started her normal visits to the doctor, things were not going so good, they sent her to UVA for ultra sounds. Her placenta was strange, long story short, ON JUNE 24th she got rearended by another car leaving UVA. she went into labor and had the little boy at only 29weeks, he was 15oz. He made it till July 7th. She is at his funeral today. I don’t know what caused all this craziness, but I DO KNOW FOR SURE THAT THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION IS YES, THE DOCTORS WOULD NOT EVEN DO A PREGNANCY TEST ON HER, they just gave her exam and pap, she took the test on her own.

you can get pregnant once you stop depo at the 15 week mark after your last shot. you may not get a period for months after your last shot, but can still get pregnant. This is unlikely, but possible. just take a test and put your mind at ease.
