no the person above is wrong for girls. The average womans daily amount is 2000, so it is between 1800 and 2000, if you exercise you can conusme about 300 more. Counting calories isn't always a good thing though, you should just try to eat balanced and eat about 6 small meals throughout the day, make sure you eat breakfast and such and also the best and most common way of improving physique and looks is not only what I previously said but, to make sure you drink 8 glasses of water a day (half a gallon, 2 litres). I do this and changes made for me was higher metabolism, clearer skin, barely any spots (mostly none), more energy and sleeping easier.
well it deends on if the 14yr ld is boy or a girl and what hight and weit they are for a normal healthy girl its 1500 to 1800 per day and a normal healy 14yr old bot its 2300-2500 hope it hepls ~makie
thank you:) i really cant eat breakfast because i would have to wake a an hour before because i have to wait atleast one hour before i eat or i will get sick but yea thank you:)
aww you could always try breakfast bars or perhaps take something with you? :)
