How can you calm yourself quickly when you're really nervous?
Keep yourself busy & remember that everything will be okay.
I sing songs in my head or close my eyes and hold my breath.
To calm myself down i like to take a couple of deep breaths and count to 20 really slow ^-^
breathe, take in deep breaths and try to think of nothing, basically meditating
REMMEMBER 2 THINGS: 1)focus on ur breathing control it, slow it down. (When u get nervous u forget to breath n ur brain becomes discombabulated which will make u even more nervous) 2)SMILE- worx like a charm!! If all things fail take a shot of tequila ;)
Count to ten, inhale and exhale.
