Burning sensastion in lungs

I’m 15 years old and sometimes have a burning sensation in my lungs. I don’t know why I have this but it is weird and freaking me out. Maybe it’s because the people next door smoke in the building? I’ve been exposed to cigarette second hand smoke all my life. Any ideas?

I was already tested for asthma.. even though I have many of the signs and problems breathing they said I don’t have it.

Have your parents check you for asthma,Sometimes you can have this system and it be the only one for right but can lead to more later on.
