I got very frustrated with Calc 2 and some of adv. Trig. Calc 2 was frustrating because it was all bloody puzzles for me. You are given this equation to solve, and you need to figure out how to rearrange it so it looks like one of your standard formulas, then its easy to solve. Well I had the worst time rearranging the stupid equation so it was in the same format as the standard formulas. I had the same trouble with parts of adv. trig, where I had to prove that things like say sin()/csc()=tan()/cos() (no idea if thats true). But again we had several known things to work with, and you had to rearrange your original equation to match different known facts. I've always had troubles with logical puzzles, so both of these played hell with me and were extremally difficult. Extra frustrating because I always breezed through math.
For some crazy reason I decided to do A-level maths (pre-degree level) not sure what the equivalent is in America. I despise trigonometry. We have to learn around 21 identities an decide which one to apply to questions ugh. It's horrific!
Algebra and multiplyingfractions too, before i was great at maths but my confidence in maths suddenly dropped when we learnt algebra, thanks to algebra maths is nowmy worst subjet.
Algebra....as soon as letters got introduced with the numbers i started hating math. I never took anything beyond that, math was my worst subject.
Hmmm... probably shape and space. :/ But more specifically surds... I just don't get them! I like maths on a whole though. :D
I loved geometry so much, especially when we just worked with a compass and a straight edge (no measuring marks on it)
Never understood Algebra. And in Radio School, never understood A-C Theory.
I'm doing fine so far, but I think Calculus will be a pain in the butt.
I hate all of it equally. Not even joking xD
algebra and straight line graphs D: !
Geometry. It was fine untill grade 12
Geometry.. couldn't stand it.
Algebra, and Algebra 2 ugh
What the duce is a surd??
Calculus was a pain...
Me neither. I hate it
The M to the A T H.
All of it, ugh!
