Which is the most difficult math branch? Algebra, geometry, calculus or trigonometry.. I'm taking intermidiate algebra and geometry right now and im so hating geometry.. You may think im a geek but I just looove algebra.. But not geometry since you cant always be sure whether your answer is right or wrong..
I think geometry is the hardest I really had no idea what my teacher was saying the entire time. fundamental calculus is hard but I find practical calculus (in macroeconomics) is easier/tolerable so thoug calculus is difficult, at least it has a branch I understand. But geometry? None. Haha
Calc by far. I love math and had no problem with algebra, trig, geometry, and even fundamental analysis. Then fell on my face with calc. Be prepared to study. (As a side note my daughter wanted to take Calc 3 to boost her GPA!! Go figure.) Good Luck!!
The hardest is easily Calculus. at my school the course is called Calculus and Vectors ... either that or advanced functions.
