to be honest I was told this by some sientist dude but its a know fact that if your like typing or writting some paper listening to rap or hip hop allows you to concentrate more. avoid rock

fish almonds bananas maybe

and as for excercise try simple meditation or yoga just sit in a lightened room in the morning (when the sun is coming through) and breathe deeply but gently its a great way to get you relaxed which in turn sould help with processing your thoughts quicker
