Not all laxatives guarantee a bowel movement. If you're suffering from chronic constipation or a lazy bowel, you should talk to your doctor, otherwise, just increase your fluids and fiber and things should move along on their own.
well i have used the product in the past and it had produced a bowel movement then so I am just a bit worried. Ill increase my fuilds and fiber for sure though
plum juice is good too. or some sort of juice.
