Bowel Movements

It’s so hard for me to use the bathroom sometimes. I eat many things that are loaded with fiber and I take be just can’t seem to “use the toilet”. This problem has been going on every since I reached puberty…Im 17 now. I exercise frequently, and eat the right foods, but nothing just won’t work!!! Sometimes I can just fill stuffed inside and like it feels like im not losing any weight because of this problem. What are some things I can take that can make use the bathroom and feel less bloated?? I don’t want to use laxatives. I want it all natural…Any remedies?? please help

  You need to drink lots of water. It least 8 eight ounce glasses per day. The fiber you eat will absorb some of that water making it easier to go.

You might be forcing it let it come out when its ready its like having a baby everyday

Try drinking prune juice and eating beets.*

*Beets will make your stool red, so don’t be alarmed.
