This year I just lost 20 pounds and I think I am quite skinny but my stomach has a “ pouch” and it’s noticiable too. I can’t stand doing crunches and I don’t mind eating healthy and I’ve been running but that dosent seem 2 work what shld I do?

cut your meals in half and save the other half for later it works for me

you could try going to a hip hop dance class. Or getting a ab lounge.
