Today I had like three cans of diet pepsi and now my stomach is all bloated and fat. I keep thinking I have put on weight is this weight or what. How do I stop it ???
stop drinking soda. your stomach is full of nasty chemicals and fake sugars. diet sodas aren't healthy at all they are just less calories than normal soda
Being bloated is temporary and isn't really 'putting on weight'. Like ally_xo said, drink lots of water.
