What is the best make of black liquid eyeliner?

I really like the liquid eyeliner from N.Y.C (New York Color). I don’t use it often, but I feel like it’s been the best I’ve used so far. Most of their cosmetics are very affordable, too. (That’s always a plus.)

My favourite is ‘Liner Express Eye Liner’ by Maybelline. It is distinctive with a blue tube and a gold lid. You can buy it from Superdrug or Boots or most other places that sell cometics. It costs around £4.50. The tube itself lasts a long time so I don’t need to replace it too often. It’s easy to use too. :)
