I am 5'7 and 145lbs. I would like to get down about 10-15 lbs by Feb. I would like to start doing some exercises, I walk about 15-30 mins a day, (I have a dog and she has to be walked). I am going to start a diet too. Do you guys know what kinda work out moves I should do. And how many calaries I should be eating daily? Thanks
Your basic calorie needs (how much your body burns just by existing) - 1595 Your resting metabolic rate (rate of calorie burn when you factor in daily activities) - 2552 Your daily calorie needs 2552 (since I assume you don't have an exercise plan right now)
Your estimated daily calorie budget if you want to lose 1 lb per week is 2052 calories. Your estimated daily calorie budget if you want to lose 2 lbs per week is 1552 calories. Anything more and you'll be losing more muscle than fat.
Your BMI(Body Mass Index) is 22.7
Your Body fat percentage 26.67% (21% is ideal)
Which means 38.67 lbs of you is shear fat.
Your weight loss goal should be to lose 7 lbs. It won't take much for you to get to your ideal weight. You could probably pick up an easy exercise like yoga and lose that.

no it's not... about 32 pounds of it is good fat.
You're a woman. Your supposed to have some fat.
somehow I kinda knew you'd focus on that number... don't. Focus on getting to about 138 lbs. Thats the only number you need.
Then you're at a healthy weight. Then you need to focus on maintaining that weight (and if you want, toning up your muscles)
