What's the best way to get rid of excess holiday pounds? I seem to be wearing my "fat pants" full time at this point, I've been doing more exercise than I have in months for the last week, but so far, things seem to have stalled. No gain, but no loss either. Do I need to sweat more, do more cardio, focus on my diet, or all three?
the quickest shorterm approach is a fasting diet where you go off all foods and just fill up on as much carrot,apple,celery juice as you like alternating with citrus juices for just a few days.That will shrink your stomach and clean out your system.Get back onto food slowly, cutting out all fats especially the transfats but choose ones high in protein and lots of fresh vegetables and fruits but avoid anything white like flour products,rice and potatoes.
