Best pencil eyeliner?
Okay I asked this question in the wrong category before. It was an accident. So now I”m asking it here. What’s the best pencil eyeliner you’ve ever tried? Is it easy to apply? Thanks!
I say covergirl is the best eyeliner to put on and easiest but I actually prefer the hot topic kind!! who doesnt!!! (if you know what im sayin the a parade!!!???LOL)
The stuff from Hot Topic. It’s amazing quality and the color is really full. The point always stays good, even when you sharpen it. It doesn’t smudge unless your rubbing your eyes and your finger hits it or something and doesn’t fade. It doesn’t come off until you take it off. It’s also cheap - only $1.99.

its the rolly uppy kind, and it stay forever, untill you wash it off. Its so smooth and amazing
baby girl it’s “mac” eyeliner might cost more but its worth it… but if its to much or for style I agree with “Hot Topic” and may be pencil eye liner is not for you … try cream eye liner it looks like pigment eye shadow but its not and you apply it with a small brush it works like a charm you can find it at walmart … ect
