whats the best eye liner? I need one that doesnt smug. Thank you!

I use liquid eyeliner from the mac it not to bad of a prices but it works and doesnt smuge !!! and its waterprof

As crazy as it sounds Avon makes the best waterproof eyeliners. They don’t smug at all even when you go swimming. Plus they are mega cheap. Hands down the best eyeliner I’ve ever used.

well I use liquid eyeliner but it takes practice to use, because it really stings if it gets into your eyes. but after it dries, it stays on all day :)

Yeah, use UNSTOPPABLE!!! you can get it from Walmart, its a roll-on but its not water proof even though its on the label, it stays on 4 a while in the water though. then comes off…

I get mine from AVON and its amazing. Make sure its the kind you sharpen though and not the twist ones.
