they are filled with vitamins, in the winter time especially if you live in a place with very little sunlight like me they give you energy that you would normally get from the sun and they help with cramps big time. :)
imn generlay happy and I hate the color orange, i love and wear alot of purple black pink red, and grey, they say purple is spiritual xD idk i like the colors not wht mood they put me in xD
they have lots of vitemin c and they can help you get better when your sick, my dad would always give me oranges when i had a cold and i would feel better a little bit faster then usual

I think they provide calcium, and if your thirsty, its a great thirst killer. Also they make good juice, and taste awesome.
