Okay so beach day is coming up on the 13th of June, never been really comfortable in a bikini. I'm not fat, but i'm not that comfortable with my chest or body. anyways anybody knows of to get fit fast? thanks!
DIET AND EXERCISE is key... It may sound stupid...but it works... eating a lot of fruits and veggies will boost your metabolism, and working out is a great way to get in shape... I dunno what your main focus is on... abs? arms? legs? What don't you like about your body? Try changing that perception of yourself...be beautiful in your mind, and you will see yourself as beautiful... So yeah...funmail me what your goal is, and I will try and help as much as I can...

Fight some bears or large felines in hand-to-hand combat. You'd be suprised how fast you can get into shape, and a few scars will make you look awesome and adventurous!
