I personally would say don't drink too much of soft-drinks. Unless they are "all natural," I wouldn't drink it. But keep in mind that you do need an average of 8 glasses of water a day, so remember to do so.
Diet ginger ale is often worse than real ginger ale because it contains artificial sugar which in the long run is worse for you than normal sugar. Rather drink water,or make your own ginger ale.
You can drink carbonated beverages an average of 3 times a day and still be fine as long as your also getting enough water in your diet and not solely depending on the ginger ale.
Its mostly bad because of all the sugar
