back hand springs

does anyone have tricks to strength my wrists? whenever I do back handsprings or any tumble my wrists are in so much pain

Wear wrist guards. They help a lot. I used to do gymnastics and I had a similar problem but with my ankles. So, I wore ankle braces and it was a lot easier. If you want to strengthen your wrists.. try doing some push ups everyday to help your wrists get used to the extra weight being pushed down on them.

I used to do allstar cheer, and our uniforms were longsleeve so a wrist brace bothered me, I used tape, but not like scotch or anything.
